What is Eczema and how can it be treated?

Eczema is medically called Atopic Dermatitis. It tends to show itself as crusty forms on almost any area of the body. It is often red to dark red in appearance, depending on your skin colour. It can be flat or raised and scabby. The scabs may be dry and cracked. You will probably find the area itchy or crusty, weepy, itchy or flaky.
