Warts
The way warts are treated by Jacqui Bannister at Skin Revision, is either with Plaxel Plasma or more likely, by using our medical-grade CryoPen Cryotherapy. The fine jet of nitrous oxide, freezes the membrane within the wart lesion at minus 89 degrees, causing the supply of blood to the wart, to stop. The wart will eventually fall off over the coming weeks.
Warts are the rough growths of an HPV virus. There are over 100 types and any area of the skin can be affected.
